GarageDoorNet does not answer, forward, record or track calls, and it has no inbox for customer texts. Keep your own carrier and number. You can log a call or a text on a customer's record by hand.
GarageDoorNet does not run review campaigns. It does not ask customers for reviews on a schedule, and it does not collect or answer them. Keep whatever you use for that now.
GarageDoorNet has no booking calendar for homeowners. They can send a request through your own form with their name, phone, address and what they need. Someone on your team books the visit.
GarageDoorNet does not send invoices or payments to QuickBooks or any other accounting software. Invoices and payments export to CSV, and each invoice is a PDF, so you or your bookkeeper can enter them by hand.
GarageDoorNet takes your customer list from a CSV file. Past jobs, quotes, invoices and payments stay in the app they came from, so your old jobs are not on the job board.
GarageDoorNet runs in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer, and you can add it to your home screen. There is no app to download from the App Store or Google Play.
GarageDoorNet is in English only: the screens, the quote page your customer opens and the emails it sends.
